Scheduling & emergency communications +
Standard slots are 15 seconds in an approximately six-minute loop: around ten plays per hour per slot, depending on the final configuration. Operating hours depend on each host.
Preparedness campaigns can be scheduled. Urgent replacement requires an agreed, confirmed workflow; this concept does not promise instant emergency alerts.

ILLUSTRATIVE REPORTING VIEWSample dates: 1–30 Oct 2026 · planned locations below
~600 estimated plays in a sample day: six locations × ten operating hours × about ten plays/hour. An illustration, not actual delivery or audience reach.
Proof-of-play reporting would document actual delivery after deployment.
A DEDICATED GOVERNMENT COMMUNICATIONS PRESENCE
Let’s make this
your channel, too.
An ongoing place for the information Government needs people to see.
Discuss a Government Network Arrangement ↗Agree the themes, audiences and campaign calendar.
Your finished graphics and videos, distributed across Reach’s managed network.
Start with the current six locations and explore additional reach as the network expands.
A proposed arrangement for discussion. Scope, scheduling and commercial terms to be agreed.
The conversation has already started. GIS welcomed the concept; budget availability prevented implementation at the time. This is an opportunity to explore an ongoing public-information channel.
