What can we help with?
Questions are grouped by audience. Open any row for the short answer and next step.
How do I advertise on the Reach Media network?
Start with our onboarding form, then submit your campaign details through Upload Ad. Our team will confirm scheduling and payment before your campaign goes live.
How is advertising priced?
Pricing depends on campaign duration, placement, and the amount of exposure you need. Review the current options on our Pricing & Guidelines page.
How quickly can a new advertisement go live?
Once campaign details, creative, and payment are confirmed, advertisements are typically posted to the network within 24 hours.
What types of content can the screens display?
Our signage platform supports images, video, text, web content, social media, and combinations of these formats. Creative must follow the specifications on our guidelines page.
How do you measure campaign performance?
Campaign reporting includes verified display activity across selected locations. Available foot-traffic information also helps estimate audience reach as our measurement capabilities continue to develop.
What happens if a screen experiences downtime?
Our team monitors and maintains the network to keep interruptions minimal. Qualifying outages are reviewed against the campaign package and the location’s operating hours.
Can a campaign be customized?
Yes. Content, locations, display periods, and campaign timing can be tailored to fit your goals and audience.
What makes Reach Media different?
Reach combines dynamic digital creative with a growing network of real-world locations across Dominica. Advertisers gain flexible placement, measurable delivery, and opportunities for interactive audience engagement.
How many screens are installed at a host location?
We normally begin with one screen per location to keep installation simple and minimize disruption. Additional screens can be considered as the network and location needs grow.
Where is the Reach Media network already active?
Reach operates screens across established locations in Dominica, including Douglas-Charles Airport. Visit Host Locations for the current network.
How do you protect our brand and customer experience?
Displayed content is vetted against agreed criteria. Host agreements can exclude competitor or unsuitable content, and hosts can request a removal when necessary.
What does the screen need to operate?
The screen requires access to power and reliable Wi-Fi. We coordinate placement with you so it remains visible, practical, and appropriate for the space.
Who handles technical support and maintenance?
Reach Media provides technical support and ongoing maintenance. Screen timers can also be configured to align with operating hours and conserve energy.
How long does installation take?
After the partnership is finalized, delivery and installation are generally completed within 7 days and no later than 14 days, subject to logistics.
How are host payments and benefits structured?
Host arrangements can include negotiable monthly or annual compensation for screen space. Hosts may also receive advertising discounts and added campaign flexibility.
Is there a formal partnership agreement?
Yes. Placement, responsibilities, commercial terms, and content requirements are documented in an agreement for review before installation.
Can the service adapt as our business grows?
Yes. The screen setup, displayed content, and related services can evolve with the location. Additional screens can be evaluated when audience and operational needs support them.
