  • How many screens do you plan to provide your potential partners/HOSTs?
    • Number of Screens: We propose one screen per location to streamline the process and minimize disruption. As our network grows, we’ll evaluate effectiveness and consider adding more screens if needed.
  • Can you provide examples of previous projects or clients you have worked with for indoor screen solutions?
    • Previous Projects or Clients: While we are a newer venture in the region, our team brings substantial industry knowledge. We’ve already secured five (5) host locations, including the Douglas Charles Airport, and are in discussions with leading institutions in Dominica. Check out our Host Locations page for more details.
  • How do you ensure the content displayed on the indoor screens aligns with our brand identity and messaging?
    • Content Alignment: All content is vetted against agreed criteria (e.g., competitor ads won’t be shown). You’ll have 24/7 access to request removals, and agreements can be set to block specific content before launch.
  • What technologies and software do you use to manage and update the content on the indoor screens?
    • Technology and Software: We use industry-leading digital signage software to manage and update images, video, text, web pages, social media, or combinations thereof.
  • Do you offer any customization options to tailor the digital services to our specific needs and requirements?
    • Customization Options: Yes. Content, display times, and advertising parameters can be tailored to your needs. Hosts receive login credentials to monitor ads in real time.
  • What kind of technical support and maintenance services do you provide for the indoor screens?
    • Technical Support and Maintenance: We provide full technical support and maintenance. Screens require only power and Wi-Fi, and you won’t be liable for damages. Timers can be set for energy conservation. Offline updates are possible but discouraged due to inefficiency.
  • Can you explain your pricing structure and any ongoing costs associated with the partnership?
    • Pricing Structure: We propose a negotiable yearly/monthly rental payment for the screen space (paid to you). Advertising pricing is flexible—based on dollar value or ad duration—with hosts enjoying discounts and added flexibility. Check out our Pricing & Guidelines page for more details.
  • How do you measure the effectiveness and success of the indoor screen campaigns or content?
    • Measuring Effectiveness: Campaigns conclude with statistical reports of display times across locations. Foot traffic counts help estimate reach. We’re exploring legal use of inbuilt cameras for engagement metrics, and interactive games will further boost visibility.
  • What is the process for implementing and integrating your digital services into our existing setup?
    • Implementation Process: We’ll mutually decide on screen placement, prioritizing visibility and aesthetics. You’ll provide access to power and Wi-Fi.
  • Are there any scalability options in case our business expands and requires more indoor screens or services?
    • Scalability Options: Yes. As your business grows, we can add more screens or services. Soon, we’ll also offer screen sales for indoor and outdoor use with full content support.
  • How do you handle potential technical issues or downtime that may affect the indoor screens’ performance?
    • Handling Technical Issues: Our dedicated team ensures downtime is minimal. Any outage exceeding one hour will be compensated based on your advertising package and hours of operation.
  • Are there any specific legal or contractual aspects we should be aware of before entering into the partnership?
    • Legal or Contractual Aspects: All details will be outlined in a partnership agreement for your review and approval, with adjustments made as needed.
  • What is your typical timeline for delivering and implementing digital services for indoor screens?
    • Timeline for Delivery: Once agreed, screens are delivered and installed within 7 days (maximum 14 days, subject to logistics).
